By creating an account, listing a centre, or booking a service on VayuCheck ("the Platform"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept, please do not use the Platform.
VayuCheck is a marketplace that connects vehicle owners, transporters and fleet operators with independent, RTO-approved Pollution Under Control (PUC) testing centres ("Partners"). VayuCheck does not itself conduct pollution tests or issue PUC certificates. Certificates are issued directly by the partner centre in accordance with the Motor Vehicles Act and rules made thereunder.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law. Partner accounts must be operated by a proprietor / authorised representative of a validly licensed PUC centre.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at support@vayucheck.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
Bookings are confirmed subject to slot availability at the selected Partner centre. Test fees are paid directly to the Partner unless the Platform offers integrated payment. Fee refunds, in case of a genuinely disputed test, are at the discretion of the Partner and applicable RTO rules. Platform convenience fees, if any, are non-refundable once a slot is confirmed.
Partners represent and warrant that they hold a valid RTO PUC licence, that their equipment is calibrated per statutory intervals, and that certificates issued through bookings on the Platform are genuine, machine-generated and reflected in Parivahan / state RTO systems.
Do not scrape the Platform, reverse-engineer any APIs, upload malicious content, impersonate any person, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. VayuCheck reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.
You warrant that vehicle registration numbers and details you provide are accurate. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle presented for testing matches the details in the booking.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VayuCheck, its promoters, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of use of the Platform. Aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid to VayuCheck (excluding partner test fees) for the disputed booking.
The validity and authenticity of any issued PUC certificate is the sole responsibility of the issuing Partner. Any dispute regarding the certificate must be raised with the Partner and the concerned RTO.
You consent to receive service-related email and SMS notifications (booking confirmations, status updates, and 3-day pre-expiry reminders) at the contact details provided during registration or booking.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings or by writing to support@vayucheck.in. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms with reasonable notice, unless immediate action is required to protect the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect.
